Pop Up Camper sleeping area weight limitations?

I'm exploring the idea of acquiring a pop up camper or travel trailer. The question I have with the pop up is if there is any weight limitation for the beds? I notice they are supported by two bars, and I alone weight 300 pounds. My wife is an extra 150.

That is why I wonder if I should get a travel trailer that is more structurally sound.

Thanks.

I've had a pop up but traded up to a travel trailer…more security and the beds are much better. You'd be pushing the limit if both you and your wife were on one side of a pop up bed….

Check travel trailers…they don't cost a whole lot more and give you so much more.

I have owned both types. And by far the travel trailer is the best way to go. Easier to set up and definitely more secure. Certainly more comfortable. Safer in stormy weather. Usually also has more storage areas. Personal weight issues become all but a non issue.
